Company director, Ian O’Sullivan, wanted to use his experience in the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor and merge it with his Father’s, Gerald O’Sullivan, vast knowledge in the Plumbing & Heating industry and bring a more complete and satisfactory service to both domestic and commercial clients.
What we aim to do is spend as much time as is required with every client to really understand his or her needs and requirements for that specific project. This is achieved by carrying out as many site visits as his required, providing each client with a detailed breakdown of all the works and materials that are included to bring their project to life, helping them visualize the end product with 3D images, and much more, all to move away from the old school approach of providing a price on a single sheet of paper, which always leaves the client guessing as to what is actually included & covered in that price.
We structure our pricing around the clients budget, requirements and materials being used but we will always focus on using only quality materials and the best methods of construction to give our client that high quality end product.
